Mandaue City goes paperless with Globe Business

Mandaue City, a 1st class highly-urbanized city in Cebu Province, has taken steps to digitalize its operations by going paperless. This is being done through a strategic partnership with Globe Business, the enterprise arm of Globe Telecom, which is supplying the necessary tools to make it happen.

The city’s legislative arm, the Sangguniang Panlungsod ng Mandaue, has signed up for Globe Business’ Document Management System, which allows the local government unit to secure and back up years’ worth of files dating back to as early as 1950, against any fortuitous event. The system also helps facilitate easy access and retrieval of records, and reduce the use of paper for environmental and digital transaction purposes.

“The Sangguniang Panlungsod ng Mandaue is now taking an aggressive step to digitalize its operations and administration of its legislative measures. One of the priorities of this administration is to make the delivery of public service more efficient and impactful, thus, we found the need to go paperless,” said Mandaue City Vice Mayor Glenn O. Bercede.

He added: “Ever since implementing the Document Management System, we have had a more efficient way of archiving previous files, tracking of present and incoming documentation which significantly reduced our carbon footprint. Here is the third and the last review of the Pantene product.

Pantene Pro-V 3 Minute Miracle is a conditioner and a hair fall control. It said that “Your daily 3 minute miracle, for smoother, shinier hair”. Just like any normal conditioner, it will be applied after the shampoo. it has a yellowish color.

Pros:

• It stays truthful to its saying “3 minute miracle”
• It smoothens your hair

Cons:

• It does not make my hair shiny.

Pantene Conditioner!!! (second product)

As what I said in my last post, Pantene Shampoo!!! Here is the second product of Pantene!

Pantene Pro-V Conditioner Hair Fall Control. Its bottle looks the same as the Pantene Shampoo except for the writings on it. This conditioner has white creamy texture. It feels an oil based due to its texture.

Pros:

• My hair feels great.
• It feels soft.
• I can run my fingers through it.
• Less hair fall.

Cons:

• My body feels slippery every time I washed my hair after the conditioner.

Hello!

Remember what I said the last time I posted in Mystery Package that I’m gonna post each products I got from BDJ?

So, here is the first product out of three that I’m gonna post. The first product is the Pantene Shampoo. #DoItAllHair #DoItAllBella

What I have got is the Pantene Pro-V Shampoo and it’s a hair fall control. It helps to prevent damage to reduce hair fall due to breakage.

Pros:

• My hair becomes smooth the second time time I use it.
• I didn’t have that shocking hair fall the third time.

Cons:

• My hair becomes frizzy the longer I stay outside.

Mysterious Package!!!

Hello!

Sorry for the long absence. Been busy about my private life this past few weeks.

So, here it goes!

If you are following me on my facebook page. You will know that I got a package.

When I as away from home I was surprise by my family calling that I got package. I’m wondering what is it because I didn’t really know or even expect that I may got one. So, after I got home I check the package and what meets my eyes is this…

When I open the package this is what in the inside.

It’s from BDJ Box! It consists of a white bag, and three products of Pantene : shampoo, conditioner and a 3-minute miracle. All are a hair fall control. #DoItAllHair #DoItAllBella
