Bad Guys ( Review )

Hi!

It seems like I can’t post the way I wanted it to be like the previous year so I will be writing once a week. Maybe I can write more after I can get a job. Who knows right? ( Cheer me up. Please! 😀 )

After watching the Squad 38, I was curious about the comment the netizen wrote about the other character of Ma Dong Seok at the end of the series. So, I googled it and came up with Bad Guys.

Bad Guys is like a Suicide but much better ( in my opinion ). I was starred by Ma Dong Seok, Park Hae Jin, Kim Sang Joong, Jo Dong Hyuk and Kang Ye Wok. Like i said before it’s like Suicide Squad before it was released.

Detective Oh Gu Tak ( Kim Sang Joon ) is known as a mad dog in their department for using excessive force when catching a criminal. He release three convicted criminals to help him in his cases. Lee Jung Moon ( Park Hae Jin ), Park Un Cheol ( Ma Dong Seok ) and Jung Tae Soo ( Jo Dong hyuk ) these are the three convicted prisoners that Detective Oh released and have an agreement that whoever catches the criminal will have their prison years shorten.

There are many heart breaking and unanticipated scenes. Especially for Lee jung Moon, I felt pity about what happened to him. ( If you are curious watch the series. 😀 ) It really needs a season 2 with the same actors.

I really like this series especially that it is a thriller, crime, action which is one of the genre that i really like. This is highly recommended by me. ~.^

Squad 38 (Review)

Hi!

It’s been a while. How are you?

I know this series last year but I just reminded to watch it after I watch an interview of Ma Dong Seok with Dave from The World of Dave. ( Dave is so funny by the way. I love his videos. 😀 )

Squad 38 is a movie that starred by Ma Dong Seok and So In Guk. The series starts with Baek Sung Il ( Ma Dong Seok ) stopping his brother-in-law from escaping a crime ( which later on they found out that it’s a lie ). Several years later, Baek Sung Il was scam by Yang Jeong Do ( So In Guk ) while trying to buy a cheap car. Then, Baek Sung Il used Yang Jeong Do to help him in collecting taxes from people who won’t pay.

The progress of their story is so great. Especially on how did Yang Jeong Do managed to scam Baek Sung Il. The planning of the events and so on was O.O . There are ups and downs each episodes. You don’t know what will happened next. The misleading concept that later on it will enlighten you.

I’ll give 5 stars for this.

Master of Study

Hello!

God-of-Study-god-of-study-22825883-589-557

Master of Study is a South Korean television series that is based on the Japanese comic series Dragon Zakura, it is about a determined lawyer who takes up a teaching position at a failing high school. To save the school from the ax, he comes up with the unconventional plan of starting a special class curriculum devoted to getting five students into the country’s top university.

It has 16 episodes. Starred by Kim Su-ro,Bae Doona, Oh Yoon-ah, Yoo Seung-ho, Park Ji-yeon, Go Ah-sung, Lee Hyun-woo and Lee Chan-ho.

“If you guys continue this way, you’re going to live your entire lives being cheated by others until you die. In this society, there’s such a thing as rules. You have to live by them. Who do you think made these rules? Smart guys. Laws, the educational system, the estate system, taxes, finance, the wage system — smart guys made them up to suit their tastes, to make their lives comfortable. But they made it difficult for those less fortunate and less smart than them to even understand them. Smart guys use these rules to live the good life. For idiots like you, for fools who think using your brains is a hassle, you’ll live your entire lives conned or endlessly injured by those smart guys, and in the end, you’ll be defeated.” – Suk Ho

The plot is that when scrappy and abrasive lawyer Kang Suk-ho is put in charge of the liquidating Byung Moon High School, he sees his own troubled past in the problematic students who live their lives with no dreams. He then offers to teach them and proclaims that he will get five students accepted into Cheonha University, the most prestigious college in the country. Everyone—including the teachers, students and the school’s director Jang Ma-ri—calls him crazy. Quirky and earnest English teacher Han Soo-jung, who believes that the purpose of education is not about getting into a good college, likewise initially objects to Suk-ho’s teaching methods and motivations. But he establishes a special class for the five delinquent students, including Hwang Baek-hyun who bumps heads right away with Suk-ho, to help them prepare for Cheonha University.

I totally recommend this series.

Untitled

It has a lot of teachings, in life and in study. It is relatable to all people. I cried almost all of the episodes. It is a good series and an inspiring one.

The moral of the story is that never give up on your dreams. Though the society might give up on you but you have family and friends around you supporting you. Even the smallest star shines in the darkness.

The movie is entitled as Don’t Worry, I’m a Ghost. It is about Lee Moon-Ki who has an amnesia after an accident and  Kim Yeon-Hwa who is a ghost that seemingly attach to him. Together they unravel the memories that was sealed and knowing the truth about their relationship.

A supernatural and a drama in one. It is a good movie and it made me cry.

Nail Shop Paris

Hello!

I’ve been searching this day a movie to watch. Then I encounter this K-Drama.

Korean drama (Hangul: 한국드라마; RR: hanguk deurama) or Kdrama refers to televised dramas in the Korean language, made in South Korea, mostly in a miniseries format, with distinctive features that set it apart from regular Western television series or soap operas. (Credit: Mr. Wikipedia)

It’s entitled NAIL SHOP PARIS. It’s a nail salon that only hire men workers and the boss is a woman (thought that she want to built a harem hahahaha). It’s about a female writer that got rejected in her job because she was mistaken for plagiarism. So, her bestfriend suggested to based her writings on real people.

It has a 360 degrees turn of events. Definitely good to watch.
